Sometimes the best move is letting a deal breathe. He came in looking to trade his Dodge Challenger for my BMW 540xi. We talked numbers, he decided to walk away and think about it. A day later he came back, traded the Challenger and put $2000 cash a $1900 “I owe you” on top to make the deal happen. Sometimes it’s okay to step back and let the buyer sit with it.
